I gotta say, it's always so funny and cute to see an ESTJ's tert Ne in action, and even a villain like Okumura is no exception. I mean, just look at him! Would you really think that he would be the type to make the mental image of ruling over a space base as some sort of alien overlord when he is being all high and might lording over everyone else? Jokes about his hidden childish abstractions aside, he uses Ne far more easily than ISTJ would be, in that he seems to know to adapt. Just, sometimes. Like when he figured out to try to make a truce with Morgana. And it was most definitely his idea in mind to make Okumura Foods into a chain of space-themed fast-food restaurants, given how much he is just a big space geek in private and because we are told that Okumura's father/Haru's grandfather was more of a natural food sort of guy like Haru intends to be. He had to use Ne over Si there too, because we are told that the senior Okumura was not selling enough to the point they were so poor that Kunikazu couldn't buy the space model he wanted so badly, so he had to go against the established for a brand-new idea, in order to sell more. Would an ISTJ do that? And his tipping point was a major case of Fi-grip/Fe-demon. In a scene cut from Royal, we are shown that even with all of the major changes Okumura made on the company, he still cared for the people on his company but was feeling like no one was appreciating his efforts and that they were spitting on his morals of treating everyone in his company like family (genuinely so, since I know some corpos use that expression to keep employees under their thumbs). That was the moment that he went "To hell with caring about anyone else!" and started to only care about cold hard logic and his own advancement (With all of this said, his ambition almost makes him seem like ENTJ too, I think)
