I think her impulsivity comes more from her being a perceiver. I’d don‘t think impulsivity is exclusive Se and can be a habit of most unhealthy perceives. Her strong love for art and the abstract, as well as her more poetic way of thinking and speaking makes me assume that she is more of an ENFP. She is more of a dreamer than a pragmatist, even if she can take action of necessary.
