Biografie
Rex is Ronan's brother-in-law and the one to suggest he join the police force, so that his sister wouldn't be marrying 'some bum'. He kept Ronan's bad past under wraps, to make sure that he would actually be accepted into the force, and was overall a decent boss and coworker. He's the lead detective and police lieutenant for the Bell Killer case, and was the one to demote and remove Baxter from it. When Ronan was killed by the Bell Killer, the officials planned to remove Rex as the lead for the case because of personal interest. After the Bell Killer strikes at the church, Rex has Joy put into his car and he drives off, taking her into custody.
