Biografie
Ronan used to be a criminal and his body is covered in tattoos that serve as mementos of his old crimes. But he eventually changed his ways and fell in love with Julia, with his future brother-in-law suggesting that he come over to the lawful side and join the police force, which Ronan agreed to. He was a police detective, and on the team that was trying to track down and apprehend the Bell Killer. When he heard the Bell Killer was sighted nearby, he rushed over to the scene and tried to arrest him on his own, but was killed instead. Ronan remained behind as a ghost because of unfinished business, and he's determined to figure out the identity of the Bell Killer.
