I’m not sure if it’s Ni or Ne, but I can see her Fe usage. 500 years ago after she had become Egeria’s successor, she invited Neuvillette to become the Iudex of Fontaine — the judge to the nation of justice, knowing that his impartiality and objective thinking makes him suitable for the role. But, she also had an ulterior motive. If she made a sovereign dragon blend in with humans for a prolonged amount of time, it would make him understand people more in an emotional sense even if he struggles with human’s emotions as it is turbulent and unpredictable. By blending in with the human society, it encourages empathy for him (which is why Focalors’ plan to make him have complete authority over the element of Hydro, and “forgive” Fontainians for their original sin worked). She navigated him into understanding the human society as a part of her plan to save Fontaine. It also makes him more empathic towards every Fontainians’s original sin, which is to become the new human race created from Oceanids by Egeria. He understood what made them as humane as any other original humans, despite them originating from Oceanids that mimicked humans in terms of physical appearances. Since her primary focus is on aligning Neuvillette with societal norms and values, emphasizing harmony, and fostering a collective understanding of others, she is displaying a usage of Extroverted Feeling (Fe). Fe tends to be attuned to the emotions and expectations of the group, seeking shared values and interpersonal harmony. If she had not invited Neuvillette to become the Iudex of Fontaine 500 years ago, he would not have much understanding of human emotions, nor will he ever see the reason why he need to be the one who “forgives” the Fontainians despite Focalors returning back his original powers to him (he would only think it’s his right, but it wouldn’t make him empathize enough to save Fontainians.) Edit: I'm pretty sure she's a Ni user. She only had a sight on one solution to save everyone in Fontaine - via deceiving Celestia, by ostensibly making sure that the prophecy did took place, except no one dissolved into the primordial seawater. She sees no other solution that doesn't involve sacrificing herself - her death was a necessity, it was the only way to successfully bypass Celestia and return back Neuvillette's absolute dragon authority to him.
Biografie
Foçalors (Focalor, Focalors) is Fontaine's real Hydro Archon for the past 500 years, who had hid herself inside the Oratrice. She left behind her physical body Furina to play the part of the Archon in her place, in order to fool the Heavenly Principles and save Fontaine from the prophecy.
