hey! so i was the guy who previously said kang was an ESTP 7w8 (even before that 9w8) and have since changed my mind on his type! i’ve been doing a lot more research into mbti and cognitive functions and have a better knowledge on it now. as always, please don’t type characters on what vibe they give off, rather on what cognitive functions they use. and OF COURSE, i’d love receiving feedback. now, here’s my reasoning as to why he’s an ENTP and my comment under this post explain whyi think he’s a 7w8: **Extraverted Intuition (Ne)** Ne is a function that looks for patterns, possibilities, and potential connections in the world. It’s focused on exploring ideas, brainstorming, and generating novel solutions. People who lead with Ne often seem spontaneous and are great at seeing the bigger picture or approaching situations from different angles. How it applies to Kang: Kang’s ability to quickly come up with a plan to save Mashiro by giving his friends laxatives and orchestrating a rescue mission is a clear example of Ne at work. Rather than focusing on conventional or straightforward solutions, Kang opts for creative and somewhat risky methods. His mind seems to work in a way that sees all the available options and combines them in an inventive way, much like how Ne-dominant individuals operate.
