𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐲 𝐒𝐋𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝟖𝟔𝟑 [1/3] ___________________________________________ Portrayed in the series as an "almighty," when introduced to Soldier Boy, his character is depicted as someone who reacts before thinking or feeling. In the scene when he wakes up, his initial motor disposition is to explode Kimiko without any selective process and then retreat to his previously known safe point. [Watch the scene here.](https://youtu.be/PhDNESl8zRY?si=nunzl4AaKznzMqSC) We can correlate this with the "steel hardness" personality and nomenclature of Sp8. This hardness exhibited by Soldier Boy is not just demonstrated in the series but is concentrated within himself to extreme levels at a purely subconscious level. Soldier Boy dehumanizes the core elements within himself to the point of pathology, treating himself as a directed and guided machine toward the unrealistic goal of extreme offensive action capability and independence with little in terms of guilt. This neglect of deep internal sensations drives Soldier Boy to engage in entirely hedonistic and rudimentary activities, such as violence, substance indulgences, or anger—before PTSD and his capture by the USSR government. In this sense, his behavior and actions reflect the purity of the internal emotional state. If he is cruel, indifferent, and destructive to his surroundings, it is because of his decision to rid all sympathy, humanism, and forgiveness within himself. Therefore, his transgressions and lack of humanity towards others are justified and essentially his standard operating norm, whether accepted by other individuals or not. This not only directly correlates with the description of Sp8's lust and his hard and cruel personality when exposed to unhealthy levels: SP8: Satisfaction -> Intensity “Lust manifests in the direct pursuit of satisfactions and the type of life one deserves, with complete intolerance for frustration. They cultivate revenge and retribution on behalf of their needs and infantile impotence, feeling entitled to the gratification of their impulses. There is a need for 'Intensity,' which, although common in all three subtypes, is more relevant here. The hedonistic tendency to achieve satisfaction is due to this component of intensity, as if they intended to find total and real satisfaction that fantasy could not cover. The force of their impulses produces an uncontrolled perception that seeks immediate satisfaction, always justifiable in the intensity of their own needs, giving a special resistance to this type.” Steel Hardness “Steel hardness. Does not believe in evasions. Resolves conflicts through conflicts. Not generous, serious, and practical. Not easily deceived or fooled. Brutal, demanding, and impatient with others. Lacks compassion and love. Speaks harshly. Explores others for their own interest. Rude, selfish, and suspicious. Superficial intensity of pleasures to divert attention from self-reflection. Insensitive and overwhelming. Influential, powerful, and possessive. Passionate about getting what they want and power. Tyrannical and imposes themselves on others. A bossy attitude. Deceptive and violent. Lacks any camaraderie or bonds of friendship. Uses others as currency and for utility. Excessive, unpredictable, and arbitrary. Indifferent and distracted about the world. Not ashamed of nudity. Low interest in talking about themselves and self-reflection. Talks about themselves as if they were someone else. Difficulty admitting being hurt. Keeps others at a distance. Does not reveal or show what they are incapable of to others. Intervenes in the disputes and problems of others.”

Biografie

Benjamin, better known as simply Soldier Boy or Ben is a major antagonist of the Amazon series The Boys, serving as a mentioned character in Seasons 1 and 2, and one of the two main antagonists (alongside Homelander) of Season 3. He was America's first and greatest superhero before Homelander and the former leader of the superhero team Payback. As a young man, Soldier Boy helped good triumph over evil in World War II. However, it is not made clear how much of that is true, as The Legend claimed that his participation in the war was Vought propaganda. With his superhero team Payback by his side, he was said to have fought for liberty and justice for all until his disappearance during a botched military operation in Nicaragua, with the cover story being that he heroically sacrificed his own life to save America from a nuclear power plant meltdown in 1984. #Jensen Ackles
