I'd argue he's an ENFP. Seems a little too talkative and friendly to be an Fi dom, and shows signs of strong Fe (especially with the random likes), which would be his 6th preferred function. He's also way too organised to be Se blind and Te inferior, and definitely has Te as the tertiary function. He's fictional after-all, ENFP 5 is weird, but in this particular case, works.
