Just going through Rachel's overall Typology from what I think. Part 1/2 ~Unhealthy ENFJ~ Fe-Ti: The way she prioritizes others and leads these to get things to be hers, shows the fact she can be unhealthy. She says she "loves Glee Club" and does things for them, but truthfully, she's doing in to earn what she wants... For example, when she sends Sunshine Corazon to another school because she thought Sunshine would replace her. Or when her attempt to take Finn from Quinn in Season 1 because she wanted to be with him. Rachel demonstrates an emotional intelligence through her collective values in order to reach whatever she would like. She clearly has Inferior Ti instead of Inferior Fi... I doubt she wouldn't know what she's like a few times if she were an ENTJ ("I know many people think I'm bossy, controlling, etc.") and with Ti being weak, she can struggle with logical responses and precision. Fe can be manipulative and so is an unhealthy Te user able to be, but Rachel’s just better at controlling because she’s better with connecting with others emotionally. As for Ni: It's pretty evident for me she's a Ni user; she has the same motivations, morals, goals, along the way and she always is working toward one thing. She even says so herself she keeps working her way up to something until she reaches it. She has the most experience among all the people in Glee Club and has worked with music for a long time she reaches her goals to it. In addition, she has true dreams/visions for herself which she rarely gets sidetracked with. ~Sx/so 316~ Double Competent, Double Compliant As for her Enneagram, I think she's a 3w4. Rachel is super success-oriented, appearance focused, selfish, image-driven (she cares about social acceptance) ambitious, status focused, competitive (she's really the one in Glee to engage everyone and be able to keep them together for another competition or performance that is upcoming) workaholic, values personal/individual growth, and goal oriented. Being in the competency triad, Rachel always responds with to the Glee Club and Mr. Schue with objectivity and status about all things upcoming. That is how she often would solve through conflict or trials. I also recall when in Season 1, Quinn confronts her about Finn, Rachel's responds were very Type 3, more words through what is related to status, work, and objectivity. In many seasons, I notice Rachel dealing with conflict and making her way through things with these. She seems more w4 over w2 to me. She is highly focused on her personal image, doesn't care much for others, and her w4 can exhibit a lot of envy (4 vice) In addition, it can cause her to experience some self-hatred or self questioning time to time. What makes me think she's a Sx/so: Sx 3 because she's always pleasing others and other people in relationships, like Finn majority of the time, or how in a Season 5 she works under for where Santana makes her be. Along with that, she pleases others as she can be jealous of Quinn and now Rachel wants to be popular. Btw, her behavior when with others (Quinn, Santana, Finn) is rather typical Sx 3 behavior. Social 3, she is much more socially upfront and prideful about what she has as a Social 3, she doesn't mind showing off her achievements and rewards as one, whereas I bet Sp 3s are more quiet about their achievements and personal scores. I also do see Sx fitting her fixes, 1 and 6. Sx 1s, being the countertype (just including it here) often express anger as 1 instead. The Sx 1 is still a perfectionist but instead expresses frustration more, which Rachel is clearly fine with, as she doesn't care if she breaks down or storms out a room with anger. Rachel Barbra Berry is the main character on Glee. She is a Tony award-winning musical theatre actress. She graduated from the New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts (NYADA), after getting a second chance at her degree, following her decision to drop out in Bash, She is an alumna of William McKinley High School as of Goodbye. She was the first-ever captain of the school's Glee Club, the New Directions, having later recruited Finn Hudson as a co-captain in Mattress. She was one of the three major self-proclaimed divas of the club: the others being two of her closest friends, Kurt Hummel and Mercedes Jones. Rachel is a very driven and ambitious young woman. She was raised by her two gay fathers, LeRoy and Hiram Berry, but she was able to meet her biological mother Shelby Corcoran, the former coach of Vocal Adrenaline in Theatricality, due to the efforts of her now-husband, Jesse St. James.
