Fi blind spot for Kutner seems likely- note how it didn't occur to him to go apologize to an old classmate for bullying him (a behavior that is. not unheard of coming from a troubled Ne dom teenager, in all honesty) until after he is tasked with treating a teenaged patient who IS the victim of bullying. He also carries a constant sense of ambivalence in the places where many would make a value judgement, including his own personal preferences and gauging the closeness of relationships. He also willingly discards the indian surname he was given at birth in favor of that of his adoptive parents, instead of identifying with the way his family history made him feel like an outsider. As a matter of fact... the ambivalence and lack of insight into his own emotions and values associated with Fi PoLR serves as a pretty solid Watsonian explanation for the other characters not seeing his death coming- through this lens, apologizing to Johnathan so shortly before his death may have been him symbolically "giving away his belongings", as people are known to do the concrete version of the gesture in the time leading up to a suicide attempt. Some food for thought, in any case...
