It's interesting how Dan Harmon's four functions are so clearly evident in the premise/relationships within the show. Each of the four types within Harmon's "function group" of Ti-Fe/Si-Ne are represented (Abed - INTP, Jeff - ENTP, Annie - ISFJ, Shirley - ESFJ), and it seems like the level with which he empathizes with each of them is reflected in the extent to which he himself uses their dominant function. On the other hand, it's the two "friend no one likes" characters (Britta and Pierce) who have dominant functions that aren't in Harmon's stack.
Biografie
A charming but manipulative attorney who was forced to attend Greendale upon the discovery that his college credentials were forged. He is de facto leader of the study group, and often struggles between his desire to remain self-serving and lazy, and his bond with his new friends at Greendale.
