I feel like he's a little too straight-forward to be an INTP. His life is dominated by a ruleset from which he rarely detours from, and he interprets everything extremely literally. There's some Ti there, but I feel like he has too many gut feelings (tert Fi?) about things that "don't matter" for e.g. having his day ruined if he sees too many yellow cars because he personally dislikes the colour yellow. His disregard for religion and other abstractions that can't be proven right or wrong could be indicative of inferior Ne. Maybe. Then again I'm a total typing noob and I don't know what I'm talking about.
