I read some of the backstory on Danielle and Mohamed’s relationship that we did not see on tv and now I’m convinced he’s an ISTP even more. So ISTPs are Ti dominant, so they prioritize logistics in relationships first and foremost. Their partners feelings are their last priority because of inferior Fe. I read he has a brother in Montreal, Canada that he hoped to reunite with. Danielle lives in Ohio, which isn’t far from Canada, so I bet he started talking to her because of where she lived. He needed to marry someone not too far from where he actually wanted to be so it would be easier to suddenly disappear and leave Danielle and everyone confused. That is trickster Ne. Auxiliary Se makes him very observant and aware of his surroundings. It can also make him impulsive. I don’t think he accounted for Danielle’s crazy behavior though and I think he was genuinely freaked out that she actually found him and went to Orlando to see him. ISTPs are usually masters of disappearing and stay gone until they decide they want to be found. Under Fe grip stress, Mohamed connects with several women and uses sympathy (demon Fi) and tells them what they want to hear. He probably makes them feel needed so they give him money and then he suddenly disappears again. That trickster Ne is probably why authorities declined the annulment and to deport him despite all the evidence against him. Their investigation probably came up inconclusive because of how Danielle behaved whenever she found out she was scammed. She took him back and didn’t report him immediately and file for divorce. She also waited too long to do anything, so it was ruled a “bad marriage” instead of fraud.
