I don't think Mohamed even uses the same functions as ISTJ. He spends more time responding to whatever life throws at him and adapting accordingly (Se aux) than he does carefully planning for the unknown like an ISTJ would. He came to the US completely dependent on Danielle with no plan except for what she promised him (Ni tertiary). I think he was blindsided by her inferior Ne because he is Ne blind. Danielle probably met him during a Ne grip episode and became overly optimistic because of her excitement over the new relationship, so she made life in America with her seem a lot better than it really was and promised him opportunities since he lost his job in Qatar. He probably had nothing else going on in his life, so why not start a new adventure in America with the nice lady online who is willing to support him? Once he arrived and started to notice Danielle's tendency for drama and bad habits with money and hygiene, it made no sense for him to stay with her (Ti hero), so he went into a Fe grip and started reaching out to desperate women online, told them what they wanted to hear, and told sob stories in order to manipulate them into helping him leave Danielle. They sent him money, paid for his trips, and gave him a place to stay because he gave them false hope of a future together (Ne trickster). Once they caught on to his lies, he would disappear and do it all over again with someone new.
