He doesnt use Ni whatsoever. He doesnt seek underlying truths and meanings much like Hee-Seo. He has very low Ne and denies and explore possibilities and would rather let things stay the way it was supposed to be, which was to have Hee-seo go back to his family and avoid his romantic feelings (SiTeFi low Ne). Yes he seems like an Fe user because he care about Hee-Seo, but that's due to his personal logic (SiTe) and feelings (Fi) and being a 1w9 doing the right thing for peace. He has a "mask" but its different from INFJ Fe and INFJs wouldve been skeptical and know the answers sooner because they have strong intuition and analyze people closely
