I got forced into it and I think the only benefit from it is it was really funny saying things the therapist clearly got mad at me for doing but they had to try and conceal it as much as possible because it's their job. Ironically, despite INFP being (allegedly) the most common to enter therapy, I feel like INFPs wouldn't benefit much from therapy generally. For someone to benefit from talk therapy I feel like you have to lack introspection on your feelings, otherwise the therapist doesn't accomplish anything.
