as an ISFJ this is pretty accurate I sometime question if I'm introvert or extrovert but I'm for sure introvert but I can sometime easily talk to a stranger so my understanding of this is that being introvert means your social battery is charged when you are alone and do your own things to relax and clear your mind completely,so pretty much being alone makes you feel more calm free and spacious. extrovert means that you charge your social energy is charged by being with others which is interesting for me,it means that being with others doing things for them and exchanging actions notes and words is charging for your social battery, being alone for you is blank boring and unexiciting and also empty, being with others is more energetic you can let what you have inside to the outside and show it to the world being social or not depend on your will to spend the energy in a social interactions and events, so if you don't like to spend it with others and mostly yourself you may be considered less social, every unsocial friend is an introvert but not every introvert is an unsocial friend while if you like spending it to others you are considered more social able than other friends, which also means every friend who is socialable is extrovert but not every extrovert is socialable.

That means someone rarely fits completely on one side or the other but falls somewhere in between. You could be closer to the extrovert side or closer to the introvert side. If you don't feel like either of these descriptions quite fit, you could be an ambivert. Ambiverts are in the middle.
