Spoiler alert In alternate timeline he won Eris heart by his patience handling her temperament. He lets himself getting beaten up until Eris herself like him for his patience. He has strong attachment to his family. in volume 17, he tried to calm his mind, denying facts that the scenario where his father betray Ariel is possible and actually happened.
