Sounds like NeFe to me, plus many characters with this ability are xNTPs because it's kind of a trolling ability that pisses off opponents yet is very powerful because of the multitude of possibilities it offers the user ex. Kakashi (Naruto), Rhya (Black Clover), Monoma (MHA) & even Rogue (XMen) is Ne aux. With that being said this is literally my dream ability (well if not including the broken powers like reality warping lol) so I may be biased.

The power to learn techniques just by watching someone else perform them a few times. Commonly, users can immediately do the copied techniques in the same amount of expertise/adeptness, but there are occasional times when they have to re-train what they just copied. Given the setting, this can even extend to magic spells and super powers. Users tend to be very versatile and difficult to predict, capable of easily catching opponents off guard and beating them at their own game.
