Moses is serious and calm, showing exceptional composure in the face of Distortions and other threats she meets in Fixer work. Biografia
The titular Distortion Detective and eponymous Operator of Moses' Office, she is a short middle-aged woman who has the special ability to see the progression of Distortions before they physically manifest. She has a modified smoking pipe which allows her to cleanse Distortions and pacify enemies, among other uses. Secretly, this pipe is actually her Psychoment (E.G.O.), making her one of the few people known to have successfully manifested E.G.O. As a result, she cannot Distort.
