She does her job routine well enough to keep it despite a few blunders (Tert Si). With that being said pretty much every time one of the Prisoners bribes a security guard with money to get access to something they're bribing Smiles and she takes the cash with no questions asked nor any visible concern or discontentment about how it it might affect her "integrity as a prison guard" (very low Fi, xxTP for sure). Also, whenever the Prisoners need to take a guard as a hostage (S5E11) they usually somehow manage to get a hold of Smiles each time and hold her without much of a fight which indicates low Se, probably PoLR as well.
