Ming-Hua was a relatively laid-back individual who demonstrated a wry, sarcastic sense of humor on several occasions. She was able to remain calm and collected in any situation, as she didn't panic when she and her group were discovered infiltrating Zaofu. While she retained her composed demeanor in battle, Ming-Hua was an aggressive waterbender who preferred the use of force and highly debilitating techniques, which she used to incapacitate and severely injure her opponents.
