his character went from being one of the most likable to probably the most unlikable on season 3. i also don't see how he is accommodating>egocentric, he is not willing to fit into anyone else's wishes at all, at least in the new season, he is so insensible and his relationship with adam is literally the definition of egocentrism. while i think s1/s2 eric actually cared about adam, s3 eric only cares about himself, and i think the only reason he actually stays with him is because he needs someone to put his wishes in front of their own's because he can't do that. the scene where they break up literally breaks my heart because that's literally not eric, like, he doesn't even feel bad and literally NEVER considers that someone else's feelings might be hurt other from his owns, not in this particular scene but like, every single scene. adam would literally breath and he'd be like ''ugh i can't do this rn.'' such a downgrade from the other seasons, truly.
