Her Se is very clear. For example when she dismisses Beth's (a Ni dom) concern about a move her opponent could have done to outsmart her and she hadn't even notice. Alma saw no point in her concern because its reasoning was purely hypothetical, and strong Se users tend to deal with "solid, real" problems. And this is an attitude she keeps for the rest of the series. Besides, I think her endurance prevailed for so long because of her abusive situation. She does not endure the negligence her husband makes her go through for his well-being. This way, I do believe, like someone said below, after she was abandoned by her husband along with Beth, she became her true self she was repressing all this time in order to survive (because her husband was her only source of income). I think this process is portrayed in a very lighthearted way, which is why maybe her writing might come off as little consistent. Plus SeFi is very empathetic, too... I really can't see her as a Fe dom.
