Hi, this is my first time writing my opinion on this type of platform, so please don't be too harsh with me and I'll be delighted to read your reviews. I'm not an expert in this field, but I'd like to highlight the following traits that I've observed during the manga (WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!): 1/ The Combat Techniques: It's true that Zanka tends to follow specific types of moves and attacks, but he can handle changes in combat. For example, when he was fighting Jabber alongside Rudo, he had a theory of how they could win the confrontation using Rudo's new ability and experimented with it during the fight. The same thing happens in the second fight against Jabber, where there is a pond that he has never seen before and only with the information he gets from Jabber, he decides to try a new attack and uses that hot liquid as a counterattack. The same with Mymo: at the same moment that he is seriously injured, he takes advantage of the proximity to attack. All these decisions happen in the middle of the fight, without having thought about it in advance. 2/ The Competititve Behavior: He wants to be the best in his field, so he always tries to improve all his weak points. However, he does it differently from others, trying to reach the top by using other methods. He wants to surpass his opponents without following the same path as the so-called 'geniuses,' following his own path that adapts to his purposes. For example, when choosing a weapon, Zanka opts for the staff with the idea that no one would think of choosing it because of its seemingly useless appearance. Back in the fight against Jabber, he thinks about defeating him without needing to obtain a weapon upgrade like the others. He wants to prove that he can also be on the same level as the others while being 'different' from them. He does not follow the same path as the rest, but his own, experimenting with different variations. 3/ Imaginative Thinking: He is quite realistic, but he has a lot of imagination. When he was on a mission with Rudo, he was driven by the idea of how proud Enjin would be of him and how he would react to the success he would achieve. Another example could be when he chooses the staff, thinking that it will have an 'upgrade' in the future just as the main characters' weapons do. He has his own ideas about how reality will turn out by taking these actions. 4/ Hiding Emotions: He doesn’t want others to see his vulnerability. He tries to hide his real emotions by putting on a mask and pretending to be calm, when in reality there’s a storm inside him. We can see that he controls his emotions in some situations (when Hyo beats him, or when Enjin compliments him, and when he realizes he's smiling, he goes back to a serious face) but he explodes when there is too much of it. He cannot understand his own emotions and blames it on the lack of training, not on his envy or pride. He doesn’t like to confront his traumas, as happens when he sees his brother at the festival and tries to hide from him, or when he is told that his sister had just been at the barracks and he shows a face of surprise and fear. This is the analysis for now. I don't know which cognitive functions might best describe these points, but I think he has a fairly strong Ti and Ne (I'm making a guess).
