What makes me lean towards N for Marr is that he is perfectly willing to break tradition, whether it be promoting aliens or even engaging in diplomacy or alliances, if it will serve his Empire. Though DS in philosophy, he is actually a very pragmatic person in a way that I think goes beyond what you typically see with S-types. If it means things have to get shaken up, then he will do that. He's a surprisingly healthy ENTJ for a Sith Lord...his pragmatism and cutting corners (from a traditional Sith point of view) actually lead him to take positive actions for the good of his Empire rather than being a power-hungry jerk for the heck of it.
