Personalidade

"¿Qué tipo de personalidad es Jude St. Francis? Jude St. Francis es un tipo de personalidad INFJ en mbti, 6w5 - sp/so - en enneagram, RLOAI en Big 5, IEI en Socionics."

Most 6w5 character I've ever come across. – Jude's main priority is security and safety, and he is also extremely loyal to the people he cares most about (e.g. Willem). He is very analytical and gathers information to ensure his safety (e.g. the way he's constantly aware of the exit points of a room so he can escape if necessary, locking the window). – This description of 6w5: "This subtype is characterized by a focus on security, a strong work ethic, and a desire for knowledge, often seeking to master systems and gain expertise. They are known for being cautious, analytical, and sometimes appearing reserved or introverted." If this doesn't describe Jude I don't know what does. Updated from 613 to 614 because Jude's heart fix is definitely 4. The sheer amount of time his internal monologue is focused on leaning into his despair, self-loathing and hopelessness makes that pretty clear. It's definitely stronger than his focus on how he appears to others and his ambition, which I'm assuming is the reasoning behind the 3 fix votes. More reasons for 4 fix: Jude constantly rationalises his trauma by seeing himself as fundamentally flawed and unlike other people. He also constantly withholds himself from others (his friends, Willem, etc.) because he believes he is inherently defective. That screams 4 fix to me. I get that he doesn't necessarily WANT to be different, and is constantly trying to fit in/appear "normal", but a significant amount of Jude's POVs revolve around emotional spirals where he concludes that he is fundamentally broken / disgusting / different etc. which is why I think the argument for 4 is stronger than for 3. Some reasons for INFJ: – Ni: Jude's ability to visualise countless possibilities, very analytical / abstract thinker. Ability to map out the future in great detail. On the unhealthy side, his tendency to become trapped in his mind and stuck in thought spirals away from reality (Ni-Ti loop – detaches from reality). - Jude is always described as one of the best listeners when we're not in his perspective. Through Willem's eyes we always see a quiet, kind man who listens and notices what others do not and always knows the right thing to say. – Fe: As with most of his personality definitely shaped by extreme trauma but Jude is very attuned to the feelings of others and the environment around him. Constantly goes too far with prioritising others, often throughout the book it's clear that Jude's absolute last priority is himself. – Infinite facets of Jude's personality that he is able to alter depending on what he thinks would be best for the specific environment/who he is interacting with. – Something that really stuck out to me as an INFJ myself, but the part where [inside his head] Jude essentially asks Harold, "Don't you know I know exactly what to say that would destroy you, right now?" All in all, an absolutely brilliant but devastating character. We have the same personality type and I have such a soft spot for Jude, which made the book even more heartbreaking (if that's even possible). Seeing Jude through Willem's eyes was always so startling because you never see any of his self-loathing, only his thoughtfulness and kindness. Such a tragic character. I like to imagine an alternate world where he and Willem were both happy forever.
