He is obviously a Fe-dominanted person,with warm-hearted, gentle,and good at sympathetic. Even if the tools make mistakes, he still maintains an encouraging and inspiring educational attitude. (And even if ISTP often appears in the image of repairmen, not all repairmen are ISTP.) I didn't see any traces of Ti's use on him.
