Biografia
Leon Prater is the main antagonist of the first season of Dexter: Resurrection. He is a billionaire venture capitalist with an invested interest in Serial Killers. With the aide of his Head of Security Charley (Former Special OPS operator), he sends out "invitations" to a variety of notorious serial killers whom he has escorted to his Manor to meet them face to face and arrange some as of yet unknown purpose involving them.
