Biographie
Leon Prater is the main antagonist of the first season of Dexter: Resurrection. He is a billionaire venture capitalist with an invested interest in Serial Killers. With the aide of his Head of Security Charley (Former Special OPS operator), he sends out "invitations" to a variety of notorious serial killers whom he has escorted to his Manor to meet them face to face and arrange some as of yet unknown purpose involving them. According to Prater, he seeks to acquire only the best of the best in any field...Prater's Serial Killers.
