Okay, it really annoys me that people don't understand Frank is Chaotic Good; it's incredible that the Chaotic Neutral votes keep rising... But let me explain, sweethearts: a Chaotic Good character doesn't necessarily have to be a shonen protagonist or the most bubbly, likable person. It can also be someone like Frank, who follows a strict moral code of taking out bad guys in his own way without hurting innocents or using them to achieve his goals. This is best seen in his series, where Russo sets a trap making him believe he killed innocent people, sending Frank into a crisis. Frank is also always willing to help, no matter how bitter he might seem; he protects those he loves selflessly, as well as strangers like in "One Last Kill," where he chose to save a family rather than pursue his enemy. Frank may be savage and aggressive, but he isn't driven by personal gain or whatever he feels like doing on a whim; he will always fight criminals and protect the innocent at ALL COSTS. He isn't Deadpool; Frank fights for the greater good without ulterior motives or self-interest—albeit in a questionable way, but he does it. Seriously, learn how to type characters correctly.
