There's no separate page for the manga and anime so I will say: when you read Seika's backstory in the manga, it's more ISTP than ISTJ. In her backstory, she often stayed away from home to avoid her family and indulged in her band practices. Even her choice of grieving her mother's death, Seika resorts to avoiding home. It is often the tendency of extraverted perceivers to distract themselves with fun — whatever stimulates their perception — and it is only when she has to face Nijika that her weaker Ni realizes that she was selfishly looking after herself only. It's generally just inferior fe when looking at her unwillingness to adapt to the social demands and stubbornly holding her ground even when her bandmates and mother wanted her to behave otherwise. It's unfortunate this is not in the anime, but the manga and anime aren't too far off from each other so it would make sense to take this part of Seika into consideration.
