Hmmm smart guy with a plan INTJ stereotype, but if we're honest he's much more of a ENTP stereotype with how rude he is. Now jokes and stereotypes aside, the fact that he genuinely cares about his subordinates and bothered to have some, even collects them like a crazy cat lady seems a lot more like Fe to me than Fi. Also with how he easily improvises when plans don't go according to plan strikes me more as Ne than Ni. INTJ would be a lot more distressed that all his plans and backup plants went to shit, see ENTJ Diana Taverner. So I think he's ENTP and not INTJ. Noted that the unconscious/shadow of the ENTP is the isolationist INTJ, however Lamb is pretty chill usually doesn't seem that depressed, or has high functioning depression where the more severe symptoms aren't showing. He's not an uncontrollable alcoholic like Standish was. Also narrative wise ENTPs make better foils to ENTJs. While xNTJ may still come on top of an xINTP the dynamic is a lot more fun to watch between Js v Ps than JvJ. So writers prefer that and of course PvP, makes for fun explosive chaos on screen.
