I wouldn't say that he's an ESTP since he doesn't dismiss high subjectivity on topics like the war and creates a rough opinion on everything, which doesn't seem like Inf. Ni. Kat also cares more about people close to him like Paul and the others and only feels a strong tie to them, while unity and honor and other more emotional constructs barely matter to him.
