An obvious Social 3 Te dom, he's obsessed with his image and always strives to be a great Emperor, to be seen as righteous by his people, even at the expense of his own loved ones. There are numerous times he abandoned his family member's needs and demand that they have to serve into the "greater good". Langhua, Empress Dowager and Ruyi are all victims of his supremacy. Te-dom's efficiency gets the job done no matter the cost, "the end justifies the means" attitude. Even when being healthy at the beginning of the show, he's willing to cast his feelings aside and sends Ruyi into the Cold Palace. He also clearly has Ni-Se, with Ni more obvious. His baseless fears and judgements, his plans and schemes, his ridiculous expectations of other people. A quote from his conversation with the First Empress: "It is true that mortals can not obtain all the good morals of a Goddess, but they can always strive for it", implying that he wants his wife to be some kind of Goddess with no human flaws at all, extremely Ni likely. He sees what people can be, but doesn't care about how they get there. His ever constant suspicion also indicates high Ni. Toward the end of the show, he gets caught into a Te-Se loop and all of his functions become extremely unhealthy. Domineering and always ready with a burst of anger (unhealthy Te), irrationally suspicious, doubting those around him including Ruyi herself, fear that people are going after him (unhealthy Ni), indulge himself in alcohol, prostitutes or any quick ways to satisfy his immediate needs (unhealthy Se), extremely unreasonable and selfish, don't care about anyone but his own pleasure and well-being (unhealthy Fi).
