I know most people type Lady Eunomia as an ESTJ, but I really think that she's an ISTJ. As the goddess of laws and legislation, she is definitely someone who does things by the book and values orderliness and predictability (Si). She advocates for following the tried and true method and frowns on people who try to challenge the system. Although she is also efficient and organised (Te), I really feel that her love for lawful behaviour, orderliness and predictability in society (Si) slightly outweighs her love for efficiency, organisation and effective goal-setting (Te), especially since she is the goddess of law and order and would definitely place the two domains in high regard. You can also see her usage of tertiary Fi in how she works with farmers to bring them prosperity and good pasture from the goodness of the heart, and how she works with her sisters in the Horae (Dike and Irene) to bring about the good values of peace, justice and order unto the Earth.

Eunomia (Greek: Εὐνομία) is the minor Greek goddess of law and legislation (her name can be translated as "good order", "governance according to good laws"), as well as the spring-time goddess of green pastures (eû means "well, good" in Greek, and νόμος, nómos, means "law", while pasturelands are called nomia). She is the daughter of Themis and Zeus.
