He looks down to what other people do but will justify himself when he does the exact same thing because he is always right in his mind. You can also see in his debate with Tobias (an INTJ, I suspect), he insists on following the protocol while Tobias said it will be muchh easier to just get rid of all the layers and get straight to the bigger prey.
