He has a painfully weak Ne. He is suspicious of the changes Bloom makes to Edenbrook, apathetic to the fact that it's beneficial to the bigger picture. Holds his morals high (Fi), but his unhealthy Te is showing in Book 3. He looks down to what other people do but will justify himself when he does the exact same thing because he is always right in his mind. You can also see in his debate with Tobias (an INTJ, I suspect), he insists on following the protocol while Tobias said it will be muchh easier to just get rid of all the layers and get straight to the bigger prey.
