Kou isn't a Fe dom just because he's selfless. When does he ever directly use Fe to make decisions? He thinks about what he personally feels is the right thing, not what other people feel. This is especially obvious in chapter 10. He goes against what Teru wants, in favor of what he feels is the right thing. He doesn't care for social harmony if it means giving up his own morals. He empathizes with other people by imagining himself in their position, even willing to go to extreme lengths for this. Many of his "Fe" traits can easily be attributed to his 2 core. And when does he ever use Ni? Barely. He's just an extremely healthy Se-Fi user, not a Fe dom.
