Netero was noted to be enthused by challenges, strength and triumph. His life purpose was in finding an adversary that he could fight with his all. Netero’s journey to prayer was essentially the path from vice to virtue. Isaac Netero (アイザック゠ネテロ, Aizakku Netero) was the 12th Chairman of the Hunter Association, the Head of the Exam Commission, and the founder of the Zodiacs within the Hunter Association. Netero was a powerful martial artist from the Shingen-ryu School and regarded as the most powerful Nen user in his youth.
