Isaac Netero (アイザック゠ネテロ, Aizakku Netero) was the 12th Chairman of the Hunter Association, the Head of the Exam Commission, and the founder of the Zodiacs within the Hunter Association. Netero was a powerful martial artist from the Shingen-ryu School and regarded as the most powerful Nen user in his youth.
