Biographie
David Rajulkahf (known online as "رجل الكهف" or The Caveman) was a prominent Syrian academic researcher, philosopher, author, and mental health advocate. He gained a large following through his YouTube channel and social media platforms, where he focused on moral philosophy, psychology, atheism, veganism, and mental illness awareness. Born on July 11, 1986, in Damascus, Syria, he later moved to Sweden, where he lived and worked until his death on March 17, 2022, after a long battle with severe mental illness. David wrote extensively in both Arabic and English, structuring much of his work around dialogues addressing taboo or complex subjects. Through his channel, The Caveman Talks (أحاديث رجل الكهف), he sought to popularize philosophical thinking and dismantle the social stigma surrounding psychiatric disorders in the Arab world. He routinely used structured academic logic to explain clinical concepts such as depression and personality traits.
