I don’t see 1w9 at all. Kyouka’s only moral is to not kill people, and even that gets thrown out the window as soon as the ADA is in danger. One of Kyouka's major character points is that she struggles to balance her kindness with her tendency to resort to violence while trying to get what she wants. In Dead Apple, she lamented that if she got back Demon Snow she would “become a demon again”, but resolved that she would do anything, including murder, to protect her new family. She proved this again when she didn’t hesitate to try to cut down Higuchi in season three.
