Biographie
Melchett is a jolly chap. Sadly, he's too hooked up in his fantasy world to realize that he's pointlessly sending countless soldiers to their deaths. Like Blackadder, he's a veteran of Britain's colonial wars, which tended to be against poorly armed natives, and has zero understanding of modern warfare.
