Fe - Harry is an extroverted and sociable person who is, at times, desperate for attention and emotional connection. Think of his many infatuations with female members of the crew (Seven of Nine being the most infamous example). Harry generally likes consensus and feeling like he is a part of the group. He cares about how he is viewed by others. Si - Harry is attached to the past. He is always fixated on Earth (far more than his shipmates) and desires a return to the way things used to be. Harry serves as a traditional, hesitant, and careful contrast to Tom Paris (ESTP). Harry is dutiful and efficient in his role on Voyager. Ne - Harry frequently has his head in the clouds, fantasizing about getting home. Harry sometimes has a hard time focusing on the here-and-now because of this. Biographie
Harry is Voyager's lone innocent. He's a glorified administrator who never moves up in rank (as there supposedly isn't any room), but he is eventually put in charge of the night shift. Over time he becomes more ambitious: bucking for a promotion and, occasionally, standing up to his friend Tom.
