Biographie
Lowell is a character in the Showtime series Dexter: Resurrection.[1] Lowell is said to be a successful anesthesiologist, but with a twisted alter ego known as The Tattoo Collector. He marks each homicide with surgical precision by preserving sections of his victims' flesh as souvenirs - carving out their tattoos and cherishing them as Trophies. He is one of Prater's Serial Killers, a select group of like-minded individuals that serve as the Central Antagonists of Dexter: Resurrection and the Second Victim of Dexter Morgan in New York City when he realizes that Lowell's intent on killing someone soon.
