In the novel, she's always using her Fe in the way she's constantly wondering and trying to understand the feelings and moods of those around her in her inner monologues even when the person is someone she hates or is afraid of. She's a bit shy and fearful but she's still quick at observe, analyze and learn the patterns of a group and that helps her to know how to take the lead in different scenarios when is necessary.
