Hold up, why Te-Fi axis? I admit this page is probably mixed with the creator’s own typology, but I’m curious as to why some think he would possess Te over Ti? Te is oriented by criterion and the concrete—its judging is extroverted in nature; meaning it establishes external paradigms as its main method(s) and easily recognizes and adheres to holistic branches of reasoning to support their thinking. Now tell me, does Beluga seem like one who abides and operates with a clear-cut sense of logic? Is he able to understand the practical applications of already externalized formula(s) or generality(s) and upholds them with total, UNBIASED, objectivity? Far from it, I’d say. Think about his interactions with others; he’s constantly conflicting with assumed external rationales and has no issues overturning established conclusions to favor his instead. (Discourse with mods and other sources of authority 24/7, extreme nit-pickiness with choosing advice from different sources, usage of unconventional methods and applications to achieve goals even if they can be downright irrational, etc.) Though his decisions seem to lack rationality at times, remember that valued thinking is not a statement of intelligence but rather prioritization of a set of principles. To him I believe, he concerns himself more with whether or not his internalized judgements harmonizes to his reality more so than staying true to a linear principle like how Te users aim to do. One of the defining things about him, I’ve noticed, is his ability to completely adopt one conclusion but completely discard another if it in anyway contradicts his intrapersonal framework; (which he holds with upmost confidence) this is both helpful and detrimental to him in the long run—it can save him from being tricked or used by the wrong people but it also makes him gullible and stick to flawed plans or ideas and see them as the truth (which can get him into trouble, a lot) And also to add, though Fi is a very internalized function that’s hard to decipher because of its in-borne intensity, I have yet to fully see Beluga as someone who values his own emotional consistency. If anything, he seems quite detached from it—instead valuing his own methods of logic to go about things > his own sentimental beliefs. (The only instance I can think of is his selfishness, but that’s such a horrendous argument I don’t want to believe that’s all there is to it lmao) I can pretty much see xNTP on either side, but I’ll go with INTP for now since his Ne/Si doesn’t seem as disastrous as his Fe (though I’m open to any ENTP voters’ opinions if they have any arguments) Edit: I’m changing my vote to ENTP for now just so the ENFP consensus gets changed quicker, but I’ll still welcome any debate for either side
