im the only one who thinks that she’s a sx4 with a very strong 8 fix? i understand the sx8 consensus bc of her fear of being controlled, but i think envy core suits her much better than lust. she kinda reminds me of jinx from arcane. idk, she’s constantly complaining on how the world was unfair with her, blaming sonic for that. she’s too driven by emotionality and she’s constantly questioning her motivations, her feelings on everything and her past, meaning that she’s an introspective person (e4 trait). if she were an 8, she probably wouldn’t feel that huge need of knowing about her past and she probably moved on much easily. also we know that she has a very poor self-image and inferiority feelings even when she tries to hide them

Surge the Tenrec is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. She is an anthropomorphic tenrec with villainous and modified cyborg enhancements implanted by Dr. Starline and with no memories of her past, and the companion of Kitsunami the Fennec. She was made for the sole intended purpose of destroying Sonic the Hedgehog and replacing him as the hero of the world. However, after discovering the secret of her origin, Surge would begin seeking revenge on everyone she blames for her past life being taken away from her. Surge possesses Sonic's indomitable and free spirit, albeit in a twisted and sinister way. She is a roguish speedster with an arrogant, cocky, and hot-tempered disposition, taking great pride in her prowess and bragging at any given opportunity. She is also fearless and bold, rarely showing any form of worry or concern, even in situations that are troublesome or possibly beyond her capabilities.
