ENFP’s don’t like to stick out for attention but usually by being themselves , Aika didn’t want to be a magical girl because she wanted to be her ordinary self living her normal life. She wanted to be herself. Comparing ESFP vs ENFP functions Ne: Extraverted iNtuition focuses on possibilities and craves novelty and new experiences ( Aika stopped being a magical girl cause first she wanted to be her self and second she got bored of it, it was getting old to her ) Fi: Feeling introverted being an auxiliary function makes it strong and used as often as the dominant function, they are known for being authentic to themselves and others and usually make decisions based off what they may want before focusing on others ( Again Aika gave up on being a magical girl because she wanted to be herself aligning with the authentic part of Fi and even though her being a magical girl can potentially protect multiple people she doesn’t want to be one for her own needs ) Te: Extraverted Thinking is used for making tangible and logical decisions and choices, they set goals often and seek success ( Aika doesn’t show this too much as it’s a tertiary function and isn’t used as much as the first two functions but when battling Eclipse she takes a more on earth approach when she just beats him with a crowbar knowing that’s gonna work rather than using some sort of magical power ) Si: Sensing introverted the inferior function of ENFP and the least developed and has the most potential to be misused, based off of sensory information and past memories, ENFPS when stressed out due to this function caused them to conform to the social rules ( We don’t see Si too much either because well it’s inferior but while taking the test Aika gets done super early and she knows how long kids usually take to finish tests so she conforms to what everyone else is doing and pretends to take long ) ESFP FUNCTIONS!: Se: Sensing Extraverted being the dominant and most used function of ESFP its focus is sensory experiences and they usually live in the moment and they do great in wild and spontaneous situations and often do things and adapt quickly ( Aika does seem to live in the moment but in wild situations like becoming a magical girl she becomes bored and wants to feel ordinary not wild. Aika also takes some time to decide whether she will transform or not and only transforms last second after she realizes her new friend may be in danger Fi (Feeling introverted) and Te ( thinking Extraverted) Look in the ENFP section to already see how this works and how Aika shows it :) Ni: iNtuitive Extraverted is the least developed function of ESFP when stressed out someone would become worried about future possibilities and they don’t do well with thinking long term or after some time ( Aika doesn’t seem to get worried about her future when she gets nervous but rather tries to blend in with what’s around her because it fits with what she wants to be and usually doesn’t worry about decisions she makes, she goes with what she says like not being a magical girl until she really needed to ) In my opinion I feel like she fits more with the ENFP functions, it’s kinda hard to tell since we only seen an 11 minute pilot of her though so maybe my opinion will change <3 this is also my first deep dive into functions in a character so I May have got some things wrong I’m sorry :C ok bye <3 u all!!!
Biografi
Aika is an easily excitable and energetic girl. She's generally optimistic and very friendly. She's always eager to try new things as long as it's not her fulltime job of being a magical girl. As soon as her magical girl duties are brought into the picture, her demeanor changes. She checks out, and often looks for the quickest solution to solve the issue. No flashy transformations and special moves here. She's good with a metal baseball bat or a rocket launcher. All Aika wants is to live a normal life, make friends and go to school. Unfortunately, like very main protagonist, trouble manages to follow her wherever she goes.
